Deliveries or In-Store Pickup
The customer can pick up his order at our headquarters or,
Orders are delivered by carrier, and therefore, transport deadlines are subject to its own procedure.
The Customer will receive a notice with the delivery information.
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of products to be delivered and the geographic area of destination.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, at the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

Returns
The customer has 14 days to return the product without additional costs or the need to specify a reason.
The return of incomplete, damaged or scratched products, or products with evidence of having been used, will not be accepted.
Personalized products are not eligible for return.
Returns must be made to the following address:
Rua do Mirante n.º 59 – Vilar dos Prazeres, 2490-748 Ourém.
Reimbursement
The refund must be made using the same payment method used for payment, without prejudice to the customer, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned order.
If the payment was made through an MB reference, and it is not possible to make the refund via the respective original means of payment, the customer will be asked to indicate the details of the bank account to which he wants the amount to be refunded to be transferred.
